Travel Booking Information
Important details to review before agreeing to any itinerary or charter
Request versus booking
Submitting an inquiry and discussing a proposed itinerary do not reserve or purchase travel. A trip is confirmed only after the applicable contract terms are presented and the relevant suppliers or organizer confirm the arrangement.
Who supplies the services
Hotels, airlines, aircraft operators, yacht companies and event organizers may be separate service providers. Their identities, responsibilities and individual terms will be disclosed for a specific arrangement. Package-travel rights may apply depending on the trip and country.
Price, deposit and cancellation
Final prices, fees, deposits, taxes, payment deadlines, changes and cancellation or refund rules depend on the travel services and contracting parties. Check the specific written quotation and booking conditions before paying.
Documents and traveler responsibilities
Travelers should verify passport validity, visas, entry conditions, insurance and relevant health or accessibility needs. We can discuss requirements during planning, but no website text replaces official entry rules or a supplier's conditions.
Disruptions and assistance
Supplier changes, cancellations, strikes and other disruptions are handled under the applicable contract and mandatory travel regulations. Any assistance arrangements should be agreed in writing as part of the trip proposal.
